Roosevelt moves back on top, 21-16.

November 6, 2009 |  9:26 pm

On the first play of the fourth quarter, Los Angeles Roosevelt's Jesse Lira leaped one-yard for a touchdown, and the Roughriders have taken a 21-16 lead over Garfield. It was Lira's 14th TD of the season.

Manny Ayon has been the key contributor for Roosevelt in the second half. Garfield is struggling trying to stop Ayon on the QB option play. He has rushed for 99 yards.
