It’s only hours before Westlake (9-0) takes on visiting Moorpark (9-0) for the Marmonte League championship, and Moorpark Coach Tim Lins still isn’t revealing who’s going to start at quarterback, as if it matters.

He has been going with a two-quarterback system, with Brody Rohach starting most of the games and Brian Blechen getting plenty of playing time. But last week, Blechen made his first start. He’s a better runner than Rohach, and keeping the Warriors guessing who’s going to start might be part of Lins’ game plan.

Westlake doesn’t have any decision on the starting quarterback. Nick Isham beat out Michael Bercovici and is completing 78% of his passes. In his last two games, he was 22 of 24.

I’ll be blogging tonight from the game. I expect a classic.
