Football: Neuheisel to speak at luncheon

Every year, the Southern Section invites someone to be the guest speaker at its news conference and luncheon honoring the football teams that will be competing for championships. On Dec. 7, UCLA Coach Rick Neuheisel will be the guest speaker. Last season, it was USC Coach Pete Carroll.
