Football: Dorsey takes early 6-0 lead

Looking nothing like the team that was held to 18 yards against Crenshaw two weeks ago, Dorsey put together an impressive four-play, 80-yard drive, scoring on quarterback Joseph Gray’s 40-yard touchdown run to take a 6-0 lead over host San Pedro in a City Section first-round playoff game.

Dorsey had fumbled on its opening possession, but the Dons intercepted a pass by San Pedro quarterback Ronnie Galosic in the end zone two plays later.
