Basketball: Playoff divisions released

The CIF has released its playoff divisions for boys' and girls' basketball for the 2009-10 season.

Are Taft, Westchester, & Fairfax part of CIF? If not, why?

Theyre L.A. City Section, which is technically a division of CIF. But usually in Southern California when you say CIF you mean CIF Southern Section, when you say City you mean CIF L.A. City Section.
