In a battle for first place in the East Valley League, Arleta came away with a 28-21 victory over Sun Valley Poly, with the game ending on an Arleta (4-1, 2-0) interception near the goal line.
Arleta’s Antonio Bray scored three touchdowns. Junior running back Kevin Ervin rushed for 188 yards in 23 carries and scored one touchdown for Poly (3-2, 1-1)
