Hueneme athletic director is shot and killed
Police are investigating the death of Hueneme Athletic Director Dave Laut, who was shot and killed at his Oxnard home Thursday night.
Laut, 52, was an NCAA shotput champion at UCLA and bronze medalist at the 1984 Olympic Games.

Horrible, tragic story. It is a shame that crime makes up so much of the Varsity Times Insider.
