Brave Dad

My point was somewhat proven 2night. Servite dominated LB Poly. Point being, Mr. bolch has no idea and the Times' poll is not very true. I do not have the access he does to data but I could put togehter a better poll than he does based on being around youth football for the past 15 years. One piece of advice: never underestimate the Trinity League schools, then again I'm somewhat biased. Good luck Celts, I dig your program. SJB JV dominated St. Bonnie 2-day and tomorrow it will be the frosh's and varsity's turn. GO BRAVES!

I love the comments. Here's my thought.

I'm not sure which teams mentioned that Crenshaw would beat. It's always tough to compare CIF with City. But those mentioned, and others, should schedule a non league home and away with the C. It would answer the question. Better than that, it would be a cool thing to do . My guess the first team mentioned to say yes would be Servite.

Brave Dad made a good comment concerning the Braves. Schools like SJB and Serra are always tough. They've been that way since I played against them in the 70's. Good luck to your son, SJB Brave dad. Hope to see them in the top 25.

Chris is right about Mira Costa. But, I'm biased. I have a friend who is a coach there. I haven't see their sched. Fill us in on who they play and the key games.

I'm going to send an email to ES and BB to rank the best non league sched and the best league in each division.

Feel free to do the same.

waiting for this Friday. In my case is the Celts vs Lancaster.....fires permitting.

Hahahahaha... no Mira Costa, good list. CIF Finalist returning entire team.

Brave Dad

Well, no SJB in the top 25 this year, that's cool; and, to an extent, understandable (QB question mark is huge). That said, five of the 10 opponents SJB Braves will face are in the top 15. A few wins against those top teams, and by the way SJB smoked Loyola last season and played a close tough game against Servite, and SJB should become a ranked team.

Go Braves!

Crenshaw would beat Sertive, Edison, Mater Dei and Los Al?
