After California Supreme won its game Wednesday, point guard Gary Franklin Jr. of Santa Ana Mater Dei High said he still is considering USC after withdrawing his commitment from the Trojans after Tim Floyd resigned last month.

Franklin said he originally believed new Coach Kevin O’Neill’s offense ‘wasn’t fast-paced,’ but has reconsidered after talking to O’Neill.

‘He wants to play fast,’ Franklin said.

Still, Franklin said he is also considering Washington, Arizona, Arizona State, Villanova and UCLA and wouldn’t declare one of them the favorite.
