Football: San Clemente QB commits to Boston College

July 13, 2009 | 12:56 pm

Chase Rettig, a 6-foot-4 quarterback who transferred from Pasadena La Salle to San Clemente, has committed to Boston College.

His senior season is going to be an important one because he struggled last season at La Salle when the team wasn't particularly good, and San Clemente plays in the highly competitive South Coast League.
