The stars were out Wednesday night for the start of the seven-on-seven summer passing season at Valencia, with Westlake Village Oaks Christian and quarterback Nick Montana in the spotlight.

Former Oaks Christian quarterback Jimmy Clausen was on the sideline observing as Montana led the offense against Valencia, Newhall Hart and Canyon Country Canyon. The Lions look pretty overwhelming on offense, but the defense has a long ways to go.

Running back-linebacker Malcolm Jones looks like a man among boys. Before the competition, Montana talked about his decision to commit to Washington and his hopes for the season ahead.
