Track: Southern Section prelims are Saturday

Saturday is going to be a long, busy day for track and field athletes in Southern California, with the Southern Section holding its divisional prelims throughout the region.
Field events begin at 11 a.m., with running events at noon. The Division I prelims will be at Mission Viejo Trabuco Hills. Division II is at Moorpark. Division III, where Los Angeles Cathedral sprinter Randall Carroll will be running, is at Costa Mesa Estancia. Division IV is at Carpinteria.

The Southern Section finals are May 23 at Cerritos College.
