Football: Birmingham 14, Garfield 9

Birmingham has taken a 14-9 lead over Garfield on a six-yard touchdown run by Trajuan Briggs and a two-point conversion run by Briggs with 6:56 left in the third quarter.

Birmingham has come up with two interceptions in the quarter.
