Boys' basketball: San Jacinto's Harriel commits to Portland State

September 25, 2008 |  7:07 am

Portland_state_4 San Jacinto senior forward Chris Harriel, who averaged 20.7 ppg and 11.3 rpg in 2007-08, has committed to Portland State, according to Scout.com.

Harriel also received interest from Air Force and Utah Valley State and is considered one of the Inland Empire's best players. Hopefully, he can help the Tigers improve on last year's disappointing 8-16 campaign.
