Track: Summer all-comers meets begin

Birmingham, San Pedro and Santee are hosting weekly all-comers track and field meets for competitors ages 5 to 80 and above. The meets begin at 6 p.m. with youth races, followed by novice, open and masters events.
San Pedro is hosting track events on Tuesdays, Birmingham on Wednesdays and Santee on Thursdays through July 31.
There are no entry fees, so here’s a summer bargain not to be missed.
