Girls' basketball: Jordan Farmar's sister arrives at Taft

June 25, 2008 |  7:26 am

Taft girls' basketball Coach Mark Drucker is excited about the arrival of Shawn Kolani, sister of Lakers guard Jordan Farmar.

"She's a good shooter, and like Jordan, she's very knowledgeable about the game," he said.

Kolani will be a freshman guard for the Toreadors. Farmar led Taft's boys' team to the 2004 City Section championship. And don't be surprised if he stops by to watch some Taft girls' games next season.
