Football: San Fernando wins Crescenta Valley tournament

San Fernando, led by All-City quarterback Rashaad Reynolds, won the Crescenta Valley passing tournament last weekend. Reynolds and outside linebacker Daniel Lopez each came up with multiple interceptions, according to Coach Tom Hernandez.

San Fernando will be in action Friday and Saturday at the Saugus tournament that takes place at Central Park and includes Long Beach Poly, Hart, Valencia, Alemany, Taft, Chaminade, Agoura, Newbury Park, Canyon, Westlake, Palmdale and Muir, among others.

Action starts at 4 p.m. on Friday, with the final set for 8 p.m. on Saturday.
