Football: Another St. Bonny player heading to Pac-10

Well, it appears St. Bonaventure will defend its 2007 Division III state bowl championship with at least two Pac-10 Conference-bound players on its roster.

In February, RB/Safety Patrick Hall committed to USC and, on Thursday, LB/Safety Xavier Ramos committed to Oregon. According to Scout.com, Ramos decided to go with the Ducks even though he hasn’t visited the school. He’s planning to take a trip to Eugene sometime this summer and follow up with an official visit during the school year.

Ramos recorded 44 tackles as a junior and figures to play a key role in forming what should be a very formidable Seraph secondary this fall. It almost seems unfair having Ramos and Hall on the same side.
