Track and field: Long day at City prelims comes to an end

May 15, 2008 | 10:41 pm

I had a rather busy afternoon Thursday at the City Section preliminaries at Birmingham High. So busy, in fact, that it was impossible to catch every event. Good thing is, I've got a feeling that I'm not the only who missed a race, or two, from the meet.

Which brings me to my point, finally. For those who couldn't catch the action live and are interested in finding out the official results, click here to check everything out. And remember, the section championships are next Thursday at Birmingham.
