Football: Mission Viejo QB commits to California

California football Coach Jeff Tedford has won the recruiting battle for Mission Viejo quarterback Allan Bridgford, according to Rivals.com.

Bridgford, 6 feet 4, 215 pounds, passed for 2,508 yards and 22 touchdowns as a junior. Stanford, Arizona and Arizona State were among the offers he received.
