Boys' basketball: Taft's Williams puts on a show

It was only a spring league basketball game, but Taft guard Michael Williams left everyone wondering Monday night if there's a better three-point shooter in the City Section after making seven three-pointers en route to a 34-point performance in Taft's 50-48 loss to Fairfax.

The Lions were without Renardo Sidney. Taft was without Justin Hawkins, but Williams made it clear he should be one of the best shooters in his senior year.
