Baseball: Crespi beats Notre Dame, wins Mission League title

It took eight innings today/Thursday, but Encino Crespi pulled out a 6-5 win over Sherman Oaks Notre Dame on Zack Wiley's one-out RBI single to score Jeremy Rodriguez from second base. Crespi, which is ranked third in the Southland by The Times, won the Mission League title with its second victory this week over the top-ranked Knights.
