Soccer: Southern California Regional semifinal predictions

Two_for_the_moneyRemember that movie with Matthew McConaughey and Al Pacino? Two for the Money? Remember?

Well, right now I feel like McConaughey's character after having gone 18-6 with my predictions in the quarterfinals. Would I bet my mother's house on my picks? I don't gamble. But if I did? Yes, and with my mother in it.

As I did last time, the predicted winners are in bold.

BOYS' SEMIFINALS WEDNESDAY/TODAY AT 5 p.m., UNLESS NOTED

Division I:

No. 4 Wilmington Banning vs. No. 1 Santa Monica at Santa Monica City College
No. 7 Poway at No. 3 Fresno Roosevelt

Division II:

No. 4 Canoga Park vs. No. 1 Santa Margarita at Tesoro
No. 6 Arlington at No. 2 San Diego Cathedral, 7 p.m.

Division III:

No. 8 Avenal vs. No. 5 Elizabeth at South Gate
No. 7 Animo at No. 3 Salesian

GIRLS' SEMIFINALS WEDNESDAY/TODAY AT 5 p.m., UNLESS NOTED

Division I:

No. 8 Thousand Oaks at No. 4 San Clemente
No. 6 Mayfair vs No. 2 Long Beach Wilson at Long Beach Millikan, 7 p.m.

Division II:

No. 5 Coronado at No. 1 San Diego Cathedral
