Newbury Park's football coaching search could be over next week

I got a quick update from Newbury Park Athletic Coordinator and former football coach George Hurley regarding the search for his heir apparent.
According to Hurley, nine people applied for the job, including three people from Newbury Park. The only applicant Hurley mentioned by name is long-time Newbury Park offensive coordinator Gary Fabricius, who is rumored to be one of the top candidates for the position.
Hurley said the school stopped accepting applications on Thursday and interviews with the nine applicants will be held next Thursday. A new football coach could be selected by next Friday.
