Dorsey DB getting a last second look-see by Pac-10 schools

January 24, 2008 |  3:18 pm

Dorsey Defensive back Max Willams did not get the same acclaim in 2007 that went to his Dorsey teammates, Johnathan Franklin and Rahim Moore, who have each verbally committed to UCLA. But Williams is getting his share of the attention as the Feb. 6 signing date approaches.

Last weekend, Williams took a recruiting trip to Washington State. On Tuesday, an Arizona recruiter visited the Dorsey campus to talk with him. Williams has not not yet received an offer, but remains optimistic. The fact that teams are still contacting him is a reason to remain optimistic.
