Defensive back Max Willams did not get the same acclaim in 2007 that went to his Dorsey teammates, Johnathan Franklin and Rahim Moore, who have each verbally committed to UCLA. But Williams is getting his share of the attention as the Feb. 6 signing date approaches.
Last weekend, Williams took a recruiting trip to Washington State. On Tuesday, an Arizona recruiter visited the Dorsey campus to talk with him. Williams has not not yet received an offer, but remains optimistic. The fact that teams are still contacting him is a reason to remain optimistic.

Max Williams from Dorsey High School has rushed for over 900 yrds, 16 td's, 3 interceptions, 4 fumble recoveries, and 89 tackles. Max's GPA is 4.0, 192lbs and runs a 4.5, something will come along. Patience is a virtue!!!!! Whatever school gets him is gonig to be very happy, and schools that pass him by will be kicking themselves!!!!!!!!
