Bentley Azure T: Large, Larger, Largess
Our resident Brit and estimable blogger Colin Ryan is all over this story like a cheap deerstalker. Bentley will debut its Bentley Azure T -- maybe the "T" stands for "trebuchet"? -- at the 2008 L.A. Auto Show, which opens to the public Nov. 21. The performance version of the big Bentley convertible boasts staggering, I-feel-faint numbers: 500 horsepower and 737 pound-feet of torque wrenched from the manfire-cauldrons of a twin-turbo V8.
I only offer this modest entry to note that even Bentley's product photos are massive. This exterior picture is a 12-meg file --shrunk to a handful of kilobites here for your entertainment -- and the interior, 23 meg. Never mind the gas, think about how much bandwidth this thing consumes!

Bandwith, schmandwith!!! With the $700,000,000,000 TARP Bailout taxpayer money, any big-wig financial exec can just buy Verizon, or Sprint, and get a dedicated internet node so he or she can trade high resolution files of this Bentley, or their yachts, or pictures of their Villas in the foreign countries where they will all escape to when the working man, or woman, wakes up and brings a lil' French Revolution to the American aristocracy.

The Bentley is a work of art, and this one looks very inviting and fun.
Driven or road in a Bentley or Royce or the 600 Mercedes they are moving, works of ART and engineering

Carbon footprint, schmarbon footprint. 737 lb/ft of torque is just silly.
