We think we could watch YouTube user elizalalala‘s video of a baby squirrel named Mulberry enjoying the heck out of a meal on a loop all day long (and possibly into the evening).

Elizalalala, a wildlife rehabilitator, explains that Mulberry was found alone on the ground at about two weeks of age by a woman who owned dogs and was worried they would eat the little fellow. She brought the baby to elizalalala, who treated him for ant bites and ‘intense internal bleeding injuries, presumably from falling out of a tree.’

It wasn’t initially clear that Mulberry would survive his injuries. Fortunately, he had a hearty appetite (as you can see in the video above) and soon made a full recovery, although he didn’t grow as large as most squirrels do. ‘Mulberry is indeed a small adult squirrel, but he is very easy to identify at my outdoor feeders now that he has been released! He is doing great in the wild,’ elizalalala says.
