A fire hydrant Halloween costume? Ned the dog says ‘do not want’

Submitter Rich shares this photo his dog Ned feeling, we imagine from the look on his face, rather dejected about his fate after being dressed as a fire hydrant. Poor Ned -- perhaps he fancied himself more a superhero or a rock star. Such is a dog’s life, we suppose.
