Your morning adorable: Greater flamingo chicks at the Budapest Zoo

It’s flamingo time at Hungary’s Budapest Zoo -- 15 greater flamingo chicks have hatched over the past few weeks! With the arrival of the new chicks, the zoo’s greater flamingo flock has grown to 98 birds. (Flock members are likely to be pretty pleased about that, because flamingos in the wild seek safety in numbers.)

Young flamingos’ coloring doesn’t change from gray to pink until they’re about 2 years old. More photos of these youngsters after the jump!
