Photographer Allen J. Schaben caught these two mountain goat kids mid-nuzzle along the Going-to-the-Sun Road in Montana’s Glacier National Park.

The park is home to a multitude of animal species, from grizzly bears to pygmy shrews -- indeed, as its website notes, ‘Only the woodland caribou and bison are missing.’

Mountain goats, in fact, aren’t goats at all -- they actually belong to a separate genus than the one true goats occupy. (‘Goat antelopes’ is a more accurate way to refer to them.)
