Orlando the military dog tries out his new teeth at Camp Pendleton

March 13, 2009 | 10:37 am

Orlando, a four-year-old Belgian Malinois, is a military working dog at Camp Pendleton. Like other dogs in the K-9 corps, he takes part in "aggression training" to be ready to take a bite out of crime if ordered.

Orlando's bite just might be a bit stronger than the other dogs. He's got titanium caps on his teeth after fracturing several teeth while trying to bite through a wire fence.
