The LA City Council insists on keeping these thoughtful, wild animals trapped in the LA Zoo. No matter how many improvements they make to the Zoo, it will pale in comparison to the freedom and ability to walk many miles per day that an elephant, such as Billy, could get if in its native environment or at an elephant reservation.
Vote out your city council person on Tuesday March 3.
