300 dead cats found packed in freezers

12:17 PM, May 5, 2008

A man was arrested Saturday after police found 300 cats packed in three freezers in his Sacramento home, the Sacramento Bee reports.

When police entered the house of Michael Louis Vondueren, 47, which was littered with cat feces, they also found 30 cats that were still alive, according the the Bee.

Vondueren, who was living in the house with his 81-year-old mother, was arrested on suspicion of possession of an automatic weapon and obstructing police officers. The cats were removed by animal control workers.

I just don't understand the mentality of these people. What is going on in their heads? This person must be borderline mentally ill. But I don't think this kind of thing or the underlying cause is that unusual. The mess and the cats are just a symptom of a mental condition. Either that or he is just an extremely marginalized individual who is coping.

what the hell.....?!?! crazy..... wat wuz he on something?? who does that kind of shit?? seriously
