Britney Spears is gonna be Daddy's Little Girl forever.
According to Access Hollywood, court papers were filed in L.A. Superior Court on Monday making her father Jamie Spears' temporary conservatorship over his daughter's career and life a permanent position.
And this comes just weeks after Jamie got a big fat raise for his conservatorship gig.
The agreement gives permanent control of the singer's finances to her father and attorney Andrew Wallet. Jamie will be the sole conservator over Britney’s personal life.
In the court papers pertaining to Britney’s financial matters, it says Britney "is substantially unable to manage ... her financial resources or to resist fraud or undue influence."
When it comes to Britney's personal life, papers state she "is unable properly to provide for his or her personal needs for physical health, food, clothing, or shelter."
The personal order also gives her father "the power to restrict and limit visitors by any means."

Poor Britney. I mean, I know she seems to be doing and looking much better.
But can you imagine being 27 and your life and career are being totally controlled by your father?
Forever?

My advice to Britney is to stop all performances, all appearances any contracted requirements until such time as her life is returned to her.
We have a lot more people who are a lot more - a LOT MORE - off balance and they manage on their own.
Makes sense that the family would turn out to be willing to live off the working instead of working for a living..

I think many people misunderstand exactly why Jamie Spears has been named arbiter of her affairs. No court in the US would grant such broad sweeping power unless the person in question was both socially, financially, and mentally bereft of the skills required to live her life on her own.
It's clear she has some serious issues, and she really should be taken out of the spotlight instead of being used essentially as a work mule in order for her familiy to line their own pockets.

Obviously, a doctor has diagnosed her as a looney. No court is going to make a ruling like this without medical back-up. And, yes, Doctor PC, there are a lot of others out there with worse mental problems - and they need to be controlled , also.

Let's see.
Because Britney seems to be doing better than she was a year ago when her father was first granted conservatorship, the conservatorship must be working. It must be what Britney needed and still needs.
Then, if Britney's condition had worsened or simply not improved since her father was granted conservatorship, people (those supporting her conservatorship and/or conservatorship in general) would say that the problems that led her to be placed under conservatorship in the first place are continuing are worsening, creating a continuing "need" for conservatorship.

Don´t worry Britney,you only follow yours feelings and your heart and all be well for you and youre kids,you return of the darkness and i´m sure you do a GREATEST thing with youre artistic life and you prooved for all the better you are.
