Brad Pitt bears absolutely no malice toward his ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston, for her "uncool” remarks about Angelina Jolie.
"Listen, man, Jen is a sweetheart," Brad tells W magazine. "I think she got dragged into that one, and then there's a second round to all of that Angie versus Jen. It's so created."
In Vogue's November 2008 issue, Jennifer called year-old comments from Angelina about the brunette star's eagerness to get to the set of "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" "uncool."
And, in December's GQ, Jen discussed Angelina’s recent revelation in the NY Times about how she couldn't wait to show the Brangelina brood "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" because it was the movie "where their parents fell in love."
There has been speculation that Jen was referring to the timing of Angie and Brad’s love affair starting before he and Jen were officially done. Brad says that’s bull hockey.
"What people don't understand is that we filmed ('Mr. & Mrs. Smith') for a year," he explains. "We were still filming after Jen and I split up. Even then it doesn't mean that there was some kind of dastardly affair. There wasn't. I'm very proud of the way that it was handled. It was respectful. [The film] will mean something to our kids. It will, that's all."

I don't believe him they have basically admitted it before and now with the Oscar they are back tracking. I think they have made themselves to believe they did nothing wrong but deep down they know the truth. You can't run from yourself.

THey both said they fell in love on the set of MMS they never said they had an affair before he and Jen split.They announced separation in 1/05 the filming ended in 4/05. I believed they fell in love pre separation but didn't admit it to each other until after the separation was announced.Whatever I'm glad he is sill friends with Jen and that Angie is still friends and still love BBT and JLM

Does it really even matter anymore? If they admit to it or not they will always make Angelina out as the bad person...people just need to let it go already its been what? 4 years now. Let them all continue their lives...they have all moved on so let it be. This is not the first couple to hook up while one is SEPERATED from the other. It happens all the time!

What else is he going to say? Even if Angelina was a homewreaker, he can't let that be known about the mother of his 3 biological kids.
Also, that would make him a cheater, and wouldn't that do wonderful things for his career?

Oh, please - if they want to be left alone, they should shut up already. Why is Pitt STILL talking about this? Probably because his smackdown of Aniston backfired and he's doing some image repair work. Does he think anyone buys his verbal tap dance , or cares? Clearly they had an affair, their images are suffering, but please they need to stop making movies and stop giving stupid self-serving interviews. That includes Aniston.
Why don't they just leave US alone??

Meh.. how long are tabloids gonna milk this? Why not pay more attention to the good works of all involved? I'm much more interested in how Pitt is building green houses in the 9th Ward than the state of his relationship when it ended. Blah blah blah..

Actually, Brad's career is going quite well. BB is exceeding expectations at the box office. It appears he is just trying to put the whole triangle to an end. It's been 4 YEARS! Move on people.

Yes, I believe him. Jen just needs to shut up and get over it...I mean, Brad didn't want to be with her anymore. Jen just cant take that.
I personally don't think Brad was happy with Jen for a long time before he ever met Angie. I don't see how Brad could have stayed with Jen as long as he did.
If Brad wanted to have an affair only with Angie, couldn't he, if Angie would have?
I don't believe there was an affair, Jen knows that....that is why she cant get over it...because, it would have been easier for Jen, if Brad did have an affair. Jen needs to ask herself what she did wrong in the relationship between her and Brad.
I think Brad was a pretty boy on Jens arm...and Brad got tired of it. Brad wanted more out of life, a family....and I don't blame him.

Benjamin Button is a great movie....and Brad deserves all the accolades he is getting. Brad is such a nice guy...everyone who has worked with him or who has known him has said it. Even his ex-wife is still crazy about him. This is the problem. Jen cant get over loosing him, so when people give her the opportuninty to complain in interviews, she does. I think Brad doesnt see jen as conniving and bitter, but the rest of us see it. I think if jen mentions Brad or denegrates Angie in any upcomming interviews...we will know that she is egging this fued on. Brad and Angie have moved on....and they only comment when asked.But Both Brad and Angie have every right to be PROUD OF THEIR LOVE AND THE MOVE Mr & Mrs. Smith. It was number one at the box office and has made almost a half a billion worldwide. I hope they continue to do their good works and making great movies! They will continue to ignore the haters.

There was only 9 days left of filming of MAMS after Pitt and Aniston seperated. Sorry, Brad, just because you say so, doesn't make it so. Wanting people to like you again? You had no problem in letting people attack your ex-wife in all this. It has been four years, four years! What little respect I had for you I have lost. I can't wait for the people who were working on the film to come forward. The day is coming, my man, the day is coming!

He was still married to Jen when he was pictured holding hands with Angelina on the set. Were parts of MAMS filmed in Kenya? Why were they still hiding AFTER the split? Why did they deny there relationship for almost a year if it wasn't a "dastardly" affair? The reason this keeps our attention is because the lies keep coming and coming and it just beats the heck out of me that two very dishonest people can stay so popular with the public. It likens itself to President Bush and why people would vote for him?
They should have stuck with a PR rep they would have advised them to just stay quiet. Many people do not like the dishonesty. They play us like a bunch of fools. Fools we are not.

He was NOT married to Jen before Mr Smith was finished. They've already proved that.
As far as telling Brad to shut up, so far this is the first comment he's said about any of this. Somehow I doubt some of the posters here would say the same to Jen, who is the one who really needs to STFU.
Cheating on your wife means that you need have sexual intercourse with another woman during the marriage. I'm sorry but "emotional cheating" doesn't exist. There's no moral case. Being attracted to other people is natural and it's stupid to deny that you can't if you're married.
What the real issue people are upset over is that he left Jen at all.

Well, I do know people who DID work on the film and EVERYONE on set knew about their affair (call it the 'rocking trailer')! The reason this story doesn't die is because women are sick of being cheated on and sick of other women being so willing to participate is such cruel behavior.
The wound doesn't heal until the infection is removed. Speak the truth Angalina and Brad and stop trying to win public admiration when you and everyone on set knows what was happening!

I think it's time to let these people live their own lives. They have that right after they are adults, and I never heard them ask any ones permission. Angelina and Brad obviously love each other and they are at least trying to do some good in the world with their charity work. So, I say let them be, they have earned the right to live and love.
