Stand back! Lisa Rinna's face is about to explode

Lisa Rinna, former "Melrose Place" regular and TV Guide red carpet fashion face, admits she's done waaaay too much injectable cosmetic filler.

Gee, ya think?

If her cheeks (or -- can we talk? -- her lips) get any bigger, those babies are gonna blow!

"I saw a picture of myself and thought, 'Uh-oh.' You have to be careful. I'm a perfect example of that!," she tells InTouch. "[At first] I thought I looked great. It was a little bit more than normal, but you think it'll go down, so I wasn't scared. But two days ago, I saw a photo of myself at a party and went, 'Oh, jeez. I have too much filler.' "

So the 45-year-old "Dancing with the Stars" alum is going cold turkey with Juvederm. "I see that it's too much, so I'm going to lay off. I don't want to look weird! It'll go down in three months. And of course, I'll stick with my doctor here in LA. I've seen him for years and he knows me best."

If he knows you that well, he should have held up the "stop!" sign.

It is so sad that these famous women are so insecure in their looks that they have to continue destroying their natural beauty. Eye shadow, mascara and lip gloss is enough for me. AND, I think at 50 I look good. Most women look so much better as they age if they haven't destroyed their faces with makeup, sun and injecting who knows what into their skin.

The doctor is to be blamed for being so careless with the injections. You would think you could count on a doctor to be the expert as to what looks best for the patient, and not try to take advantage and do such an incredibly lousy job!!

I turned on the TV this afternoon to see her interviewing on the Red Carpet and couldn't believe it she looks like a freak at a carnival. What is wrong with her. She looks ten years older not younger!

just saw her on The Today Show promoting her new book. She can hardly move her face when she talks. She should definitely be on the "people who ruined their looks" lists when plastic surgery is discussed. Her equally strange looking husband was backstage cheering her on. Glad they are happy with each other.....WHY do women with such low self image look in the mirror at their face and decide they'd look better if they do things like this? Several trips to a great therapist would have been better than all the trips to the plastic surgeon.

I really wish Lisa would STOP all her nonsense plastic surgery/botox/face-fillers and just try to allow nature to take it's touch on her. I just saw her with Kathy Lee on TV promoting her new book, Rinnovation. I wish her and Harry well, she isn't ugly but wait until she turns 50 because nature has a way of catching up to artificial procedures of the face and body. God bless.
