Why is John McCain so angry? Grrrrr!

(More video after the jump)

Throughout his military and political career, John McCain’s temper has been a hushed topic of conversation.

Even this past weekend's "Saturday Night Live" skit featuring Tina Fey portraying Sarah Palin, noting, "Americans are angry. And John McCain is angry too. He’s like 'Grrrrr!,' " Fey/Palin said, growling and holding up her hands like bear claws.

These videos address the issue. And this recently published article by Tim Dickinson in Rolling Stone titled "Make-Believe Maverick" exposes, among other things, his temper, with on-the-record quotes from fellow senators and others who have worked with him.

Some examples:

"If I tried to convince you he does not have a temper, you should hang up on me and ridicule me in print," says Dan Schnur, who served as McCain's press man during the 2000 campaign.

In 1992, McCain got into a heated exchange in the Senate with Sen. Chuck Grassley over the fate of missing American servicemen in Vietnam. "Are you calling me stupid?" Grassley demanded. "No, I'm calling you a (expletive deleted) jerk!" yelled McCain.

Bob Smith, the former Republican senator from New Hampshire, has said that McCain's "temper would place this country at risk in international affairs and the world perhaps in danger. In my mind, it should disqualify him."

Sen. Pete Domenici of New Mexico has said he doesn't "want this guy anywhere near a trigger."

Sen. Thad Cochran of Mississippi weighed in that "the thought of his being president sends a cold chill down my spine. He is erratic. He is hotheaded."

What do you think?

Should voters be concerned about reports of McCain's hot-headed temper?

Are you?

When this crisis happens that Biden is announcing, I want John McCain to be my president.
John McCain is the president that can handle a crisis.
Barack Hussein Obama does NOT have any experience doing anything.
If fact, Obama's lack of experience will be the main factor that will cause numbers of crisis to happen in the USA.
THANK YOU "BIDEN" FOR GIVING ALL THE AMERICAN VOTER'S FAIR WARNING THAT THIS CRISIS WILL BE HAPPENING WITH THE NEXT SIX MONTHS OR SO.
Barack Hussein Obama needs to address his "cocaine addiction". Even a small amount of "cocaine use" can get a person addicted to cocaine....that is why Obama really needs to tell about his own addiction problem with "Cocaine". Lots of people will tell you that even the smallest amount of cocaine is enough to keep a person very active in cocaine as a coping factor.
GO---MCCAIN!!!!
GO---PALIN!!!!!!!!

McCain will lose the election because of his 4 Ps. He is a PITY, PETTY & PATHETIC old man. Last P is PALIN.

Yes, I'm concerned. I don't want a hothead in the Oval Office.

I wouldn't let this man anywhere on my property, near my animals or my spouse, let alone trust him with the fate of our country. The nation needs to tell him to stay home and take his anger out on the sand dunes at this ranch, and Caribou Barbie needs to take HER dysfunctional self back to Alaska. (Hopefully the voters in those 2 states have seen the candidates as they REALLY are and will boot there a**es out of office come time they're up for re-election.

Yes, I am very concerned about this man being in power. I think Americans need to do everything we can to prevent him from taking office.

Everyone should be concerned about McCain in all ways. He's a dangerous man-and picking Palin made that obvious for everybody. He's arrogant, power hungry, cocky and from a different era. This warmonger must not be allowed anywhere near the White House.

Civil War historian James McPherson wrote in his latest book "Trial by War" about Abraham Lincoln's lack of on the ground military experience: Lincoln “was not a quick study but a thorough one.”

When dealing with a problem Obama's style is thorough; McCain's is running around with hair on fire shooting from the hips with a pair of six-shooters. Reminds me of that other Johnny Mac with a temper on the tennis court.

I think you have to be a fool to not get that ANY candidate expecting to be president must understand that they will be tested.
If you don't get that, then you don't get the state of the economy, the state of the two wars going on, the state of those people losing their houses.
What you do get, is how to mud sling and act ill tempered and pouty like a spoiled brat.
What you do get is how to hang your entire career on some woman's skirt tails.

And, what you convince yourself of is that the whole world is just plain stupid.

God help us if Obama
gets into the WHITE HOUSE.....
