Miley Cyrus is hunting for her very own apartment. At the Palazzo in Park LaBrea? At 16? She may have already celebrated her sweet sixteen but it isn't official until Nov. 23!
Anyway, that's what the Star says.
But the New York Daily News begs to differ.
The newspaper is citing reports that the "Hannah Montana" star and and her new 20-year-old boyfriend, Justin Gaston, are already living together.
Under her parents' roof!
Justin has his own apartment but has spent most nights in the Cyruses' California house, the tab reports. Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus are reportedly so taken with the underwear model/wannabe singer they’ve let him move in.
“Justin is the guy Miley’s parents see her settling down with a few years down the line,” their snitch says. “He’s handsome, talented, clean-living, goes to church and knows his Bible -- a real catch.”
"He actually reminds me a lot of myself when I was 20 years old and I was living and searching for the dream," Billy Ray told Access Hollywood. "He's got a great heart and soul, and a lot of determination. I think that's the true measure of a man, is when you measure his heart."
The insider adds: “Billy Ray wasn’t born yesterday. He figures the safest path to take is to keep Miley and Justin on a short leash-and under the same roof.”
Yeah, 'cause look how well that worked out for Lynne Spears. She reportedly allowed her 15-year-old daughter Jamie Lynn Spears and her older boyfriend Casey Aldridge to live together. And we all know how that ended.
Do not be fooled by that purity ring, Tish and Billy Ray!

After thinking about it. It makes sense to have Justin where they can keep tabs on him. She'll have a car shortly. What would stop her from staying at Justin's. And I'm sure the security's better at home.

Careful...The last time I checked there are laws about underage sex with an adult. Even with consenting parents. Some LA DA might not look too kindly on this situation.

He's just staying with the family at the moment. Miley has bought him a condo and he will be moving in to that next month, and it's only a few blocks away from the family home.

seriously i liked her at first but she is taking the celebrity thing too far and her parents are so FRINKING DUMB!...... i dont give a crap ass about if my child was famous and whateve, i would never expose my daughter and you know they cant say its rumor because they have evidence....... Honestly if your a celebrity, you give up the life of being normal and plus your a role model so you cant just hook up or do anything you want becasue the young kids who looking up to you will imitate you.... Lastly i dont hate her, she can sing and act but what she thought would not happen are the thing that are going to come around and bite her hard in the ass. But you know its cool because you cant help who you fall in love with, but when your celebrity becarful how that is expose and when is the right time. And i feel she acting like a badass sometimes or wants to a mean girl who becomes like other child star gone wrong....... hope that doesnt happen and that she can make a like change and back up before she speeds up and it ends where everything around her is terribly lost and cant build back

Its really not about what us the people think because its their business && if you dont agree with it, fine its your opinion. but we dont have the right to tell her who to date && how old they should be! her parents should. we also dont have ah right to say "oh its ah 5 year age difference && hes 20, so I KNOW they are havinq sex" when we dont ACTAULLY know what there are doinq! I think the man is pretty smart to know IF they do have sex, hes could go to Jail!!!! just leave them alone cuz we dont have ah say in this, an its THEIR life, so let them live it!!!!!!

I am SO sick and tired of people calling Miley a slut and these awful things! You don't even KNOW HER! You have no right to judge! So what if she made a few mistakes, that makes her HUMAN!! Besides, its not of our business what she does in her personal life...its her PERSONAL LIFEE!! And if she has sex with her boyfriend? So what! I THINK THAT MILEY IS A VERY SMART GIRL AND I ALSO BELIVE THAT SHE IS A GREAT ROLE MODEL FOR KIDS.
