Angelina Jolie's dad Jon Voight sez Sarah Palin's a 'beautiful choice'
What does Jon Voight, father of that "evil spawn," (Roseanne Barr's blog words, not mine) Angelina Jolie, think about John McCain's VP choice?
He told Top of the Ticket at the Republican National Convention that Gov. Sarah Palin is "a beautiful choice."
And — are you ready — he went on to praise the "pure simplicity of her poise and experience."
He also calls McCain "an amazing guy."
The actor didn’t go on record — or even drop a hint — about who his daughter, Angelina, will be voting for, and last we heard she hadn’t made up her mind.
But thank God, thank God, he did let it slip that there is a third “National Treasure” in the works.

I'm not at all surprised that Voight is at this historic convention. This guy goes to every single Hollywood premiere where there's food. And without fail, he always beats me to the darn buffet.
Seriously.

As a mom of 5 children and someone who became a gradma at 44, thanks to my 17 year old daughter, I respect Sarah Palin a lot. (I also wear glasses!). She is a down to earth person who lives her life as a mom and wife involved in the lives of her precious children. She shows us that a working mom can also make a difference in their lives. I trust that the McCain/Palin ticket will be successful in November. As a white woman, I must say that The Democractic presidential nominee is not African American. The fact is that he is bi-racial. Jesse Jackson, Martin Luther King, etc. ARE true African Americans.
Sarah Palin was chosen because it is believed that she is the best qualified of those that were considered.
Just my 2 cents worth.

She is NOT qualified to be a possible President, something that has to be considered when you vote for a President who has age and serious medical problems.

I can't wait to see them in the White House, I'm so proud to be a Republican.

So, the fact that Obama is not a "true" African American and is in fact bi-racial is relevant because?
You dumbasses just prove how racist you are time and time again.

Kudos to John Voight for standing up to the Hollywood elitist sheep! When one of their own breaks ranks, they sure are quick to attack. How many of these Hollywood liberals know who Odinga is? How many know what regular people are all about? Here is a man who actually knows what he is talking about - and not one of the Hollywood plastic-fantastics has an intelligent come back to what he said at the Republican Convention. Oh yeah! That's right. They did not watch that, did they?
