Will Rob Pattinson like 'Twilight'-inspired black lip gloss?

Just in time for the "Twilight" vampire mania, and for fall, top cosmetic companies are introducing goth black lip gloss.

YslglosspurblackLancome's dark gloss is due out in November, which is also when "Twilight" opens. Their gloss is called Piha Black, meant to be worn over their cherry red Piha Red. The set is already on preorder at lancome.com or exclusively at Bloomies.

And now Yves St. Laurent's also coming out with a black lip gloss called Pur Black. However, it's already marked out of stock on the YSL website.

Have "Twilight" legions of fans already snatched up this stuff?

Edward Cullen would totally approve. So would Bella Swan.

What's next? How about "Twilight"-inspired foundation to give you that deathly pale undead skin? Perhaps eye cream for those seductive dark circles? Maybe contact lenses that can turn your eyes from gold to hungry-and-hunting black?

Some would say it's just a coincidence that so many deep forest hues are in vogue for fall fashion, including moss green, dark brown, aged rust and ominous black. No, there are darker forces at work here.

Trust me, the "Twilight" fashion and beauty craze has only just begun. Click here for the official movie site to see why ...

For all you Robert Pattinson fans, click on Read Full Story below to see the "Twilight" actor, who also played Cedric Diggory in a couple of the "Harry Potter" movies, at the "Harry Potter" photo call a few years ago. This was way before Rob even dreamed of becoming the hot, sexy, undead Edward Cullen.

I won't buy it but I'm sure other fellow Twilight fans will like it.
Lol this is too funny.
Good picture of Robert Pattinson,though.

Thank you for that gratuitous shot of Rob. Now why dont you do a photoshoot with him.

Well I'd be happy to try the lipgloss and see if Rob likes it. If you can arrange the date I'm there. I dont think you'd be short of volunteers

Just read this site :-

http://themovie-fanatic.com/

to see the huge level of support Rob Pattinson has.

He has the charisam of an old movie star like Brando and James Dean. So yeah I can see girls wanting to get the vamp look.

Awesome :D. I'd LOVE gold and even black contacts, and pale skin. The lip gloss, I'm a little iffy on.. But I'm sure it would still be reallly cool.

Well, if Rob approves, then why the heck not? xDD

Not gonna lie, black lipgloss is not my thing.

But Rob is. :)

Rob can smear lip gloss all over me any time. I agree a photoshoot of Rob in Edwardian inspired Vampiric clothes would be good. Just drape him in a cape with little else and we'd be very happy.

This is comical. I feel bad for this guy.

There is something similiar to that lip gloss ,but not so dark. Twilight Lips has a lip butter that goes on clear, and is cold just like Edwards lips.

I would buy any lip gloss Rob Pattinson likes. That's a given.

what's the relation between black lipgloss and Twilight? When did vampires start wearing black lipgloss?
I think I'm missing something here LOL!

I WOULD SO BUY IT !!!!

eww. i'm pretty sure rob will steer clear of the fanatics with this stuff >.<

Black lip gloss? ehhh
I would never buy such a thing...buutttt if its twilight-related, it's mine!

I would so buy it and the foundation anything Twilight or Rob's or Kris' I would so buy they are incredible.

how is black lip gloss related to twilight?

did edward have a period of being goth over the last hundred and seven years?

i would buy the pale foundation though.

Umm, since when did black lip gloss have anything to do with Twilight? And would Edward or Bella ever wear it? No! This article is making connections that don't even exist. Just because the Twilight series is about vampires doesn't mean it's gothic.

I'm sorry, but this article is ridiculous. You cant assume that Twilight is goth just because its about vampires. Black lipgloss, Edward would not approve.

um yea. no. twilight es not goth. on the contrary, it is the opposite. hah, SM must be kind of ticked.

I'm not sure that black lip gloss is what Twilight fans are about. I've been to three of Stepenie Meyer's signings (700-1800 people at each) and never saw anyone dressed remotely goth. You're more apt to find prom attire or delightful Twilight themed T-shirts. By the way, great picture of Robert

No, I don't think that the sudden black lip gloss releases have anything to do with Twilight. Twilight may feature vampires, but that Twilight became unique in the fact that Stephenie DIDN'T portray her vampires in the cliche Gothic fashion!

Just because its black and comes out in November does not mean it's Twilight inspired. And Twilight is not a gothic book, nor does it have many gothic themes (if any). The author of this article is making connections and assumptions that aren't true. And Edward and Bella would definitely not wear this. They don't wear make-up. Edward, especially.

May I please ask what Twilight has to do with goth, let alone black lipstick? And 'Edward and Bella would approve'? No, they wouldn't at all, actually.

Twilight is not by any means gothic. There probably are gothic people who like it, but you could never say that it inspires such a thing as black lipstick.

Please know what you're writing about instead of trying to make a shameless pop culture reference.

Err...just because the books are about vampires, doesn't mean it has to be related to goth-like things. Stereotyping is way overrated, man.

um yeah Edward Cullen would not approve. at all.

what on earth does black lip gloss have to do with Twilight? absolutely nothing. the books aren't goth. i dont know why so many people seem to think they are. get your facts straight.
