Isabel Lucas done with Adrian Grenier, free to see Shia LaBeouf!

Nothing like an exciting brush with death to solidify a new relationship.

Dish Rag's reliable sources say that Adrian Grenier and actress Isabel Lucas are now totally splitsville because of her increasingly close friendship with her "Transformers 2" costar Shia LaBeouf.

You might recall that she was riding in Shia's truck when it crashed a few weeks ago. Luckily, she wasn't hurt. Shia had some hand injuries but they're both feeling fine  now.

The main injured party was Grenier, who was none too happy to hear his girl was spending time with Shia pre- and post-crash and had even been photographed again by the paps with the hand-bandaged actor.

“Adrian saw her with Shia and that was kind of it –- the crash, their hanging out. He obviously didn’t appreciate it,” a source told People.

Hey, Dude, she's trading up. Adrian is strictly small screen with HBO's "Entourage." Shia is major box-office bucks with the "Indiana Jones" and "Transformers" franchises.

Why, he might even introduce her to Steven Spielberg and George Lucas! Can you blame the girl for being practical about love? Besides, a real romance will make for better "chemistry" in their "Transformers" film.

Lucas’ rep has confirmed that the Aussie actress indeed "single.” For now.

Way to make Isabel sound like an opportunistic fame whore. How about the fact that Grenier had been dating both Isabel AND Melissa Keller at the time of the accident? I guess his behavior doesn't count because he's a man?

I think it's a smart move for Isabel to remain single until her acting career is established and somewhat solid in America.
