How do these rumors get started? The Web (and the rag mags on newstands) have been abuzz with reports about Jennifer Aniston's upcoming quickie marriage to John Mayer. Because she's pregnant!

OK! has Vera Wang designing her dress, that there will be orchids, champagne and caviar at the backyard wedding, while the Star reports that she's riding the Baby Train and will soon pop out competition for those $14M Brangelina twins.

Thankfully, before pap agencies could make plans to crash the ceremony and mags could decide how much they have left post-Brangie to snag JMay's first baby pix, her rep has put a stop to the madness, telling Us Weekly that both reports are totally false.

Says Aniston's rep: "Both headlines are complete fabrications."

However, she did host a party for Mayer at club Villa after his recent Irvine concert. And she is turning 40 soon.

That much is true. I think.
