More problems for Andy Dick, arrested this morning!

Andydick_k43yk2nc

Comedian Andy Dick was arrested early this morning and charged with suspicion of drug possession and sexual battery after police were called to a disturbance outside a restaurant in Murrieta.

According to the Times' David Kelly:

Police said they arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings on Murrieta Hot Springs Road at about 1:15 a.m. after receiving reports of an intoxicated man urinating outside. They stopped a truck that was leaving the scene and Dick was in the front seat.

According to Murrieta Police Lt. Dennis Vrooman, a 17-year-old woman said 42-year-old Dick had left the restaurant, walked up to her and pulled down her tank top, exposing her breasts. His friends escorted him to the truck, which was then stopped by police near a Sam's Club store.

Officers lined up the men in the truck along a curb, and the alleged victim and another witness picked out Dick as the assailant.

Vrooman said Dick was "extremely intoxicated" and that police found marijuana and antianxiety Xanax medication in his pockets.

He was booked into the Southwest Detention Center on $5,000 bail.

I thought the picture with this story was some kind of promo for an upcoming horror film!

As a constitutional aside, a curbside line-up like this could easily be thrown out as inadmissible and thus taint the whole case. The drug charge could probably still stick, but the sexual battery could be easily contested.

It’s a pleasure to watch how these narcissistic pricks get what they deserve over and over again. Last October Andy walked at the Halloween celebration in West Hollywood with his body guards on the overcrowded Santa Monica Blvd. His body guard pushed me out of the way. I almost fell down, I didn’t say anything and walked off in frustration. I don’t drink and pay close attention to where I walk, so it was completely unnecessary to ram me with his shoulder. Also Matthew Broderick at another time let his Porsche roll towards me, while he was looking at me, when I crossed a Street in West Hollywood. I jumped off and asked him politely to “watch out dude”. Guess what. A couple months later I read in the papers that he got his driving license taken away for drunk driving. Who do these guys think who they are and get away with?

Damn, I look burnt out!

Not surprising. Dick is nothing if not a sexual pervert and predator. Anyone who does that to a minor should be taken off the streets permanently. He would not be missed.

He looks like The Joker!

sounds to me like that girl was asking for it.
kudos Andy.

I went to high school with this guy. Of course back then everyone new him as the fun-loving Andrew Penis. Hollywood has really changed you Andrew.

HOW DARE YOU INSULT ME THAT WAY, YFKM!!!

Shouldn't that be "17-year old girl" not "-woman"?

When will the authorities removed this waste of human protoplasm, and leave more air for the rest of us to breath? Talk about the Fall of The Roman Empire!

DANG JACK LOOKS LIKE YOUR ALWAYS IN SOMEONE'S WAY... A. DICK USED TO BE FUNNY TOO BAD.

You judgemental jagoffs out to get Dick ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Andy's a good well meaning fellow. You all can just bugger off.

Looks like another Obama supporter will be in jail for the election!

The more important question to ask is about this character who bailed Andy out. This same man was in NY bailing out BNL's Steven Page earlier this week. Could this be some strange publicity stunt?
