"The Hills' " Spencer Pratt and sis Stephanie Pratt: Who's more evil?

If you hate Spencer Pratt, you'll just loathe his younger sister, Stephanie Pratt.

That's what fellow cast member Brody Jenner says. "She's a million times worse!" Jenner told Us.

In a new trailer for Season 4 of "The Hills," Stephanie, 21,  is seen having a romantic candlelit dinner with Lauren Conrad's baseball player boyfriend, Doug Reinhardt. Why, that little backstabber.

Natch, Stephanie denies. "He was giving me boy advice," she told E!

But Jenner says no way. "He might not have known that it was a date, but she had candles, and they were alone!" Jenner said. "It was a date."

I like Stephanie and Spenser, while clearly a smart man, is a disease. Stephanie is beautiful and seems like she'd be alot of fun. I hadn't heard about her "meeting" with doug. R, but I'll guess we'll just have to watch for ourselves. Stacie
