Britney Spears gives custody to Kevin Federline (and $5,000 more a month)
It's over, and Kevin Federline scored big time. And Britney has lost her kids.
According to the final custody agreement reached today (but not yet finalized), KFed gets sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James.
And a five-grand increase in child support, going from $15,000 a month to $20,000.
And Britney Spears? She gets to keep seeing her kids with overnight visits. There's always a chance that in time she will get more custody.
But for right now, it's a monitered visitation deal. And, according to her lawyer, Laura Wasser, she has her kids tonight.
Maybe it's for the best — and in the best interest of the children right now — but it's sad when a mom loses custody of her kids.
What do you think?

For the best, and hopefully Britney has learned her lesson. Hopefully Jamie-Lynn has too.

Actually these arrangements may be the best thing for the kids right now.
Not being "an insider" I can only speculate but it seems as though while Britney has been getting her life back together, her relationship with K-fed has improved, which could only bode well for the children in the future. It is sad any time parents split up but a good working relationship between them can only make the situation better.
He seems to have a good relationship with her family as well.
Also, the children have seemed to be safe with their dad, or at least they are not in peril as they seemed to be with her so many times.
Maybe this will give her some time to regroup. At least that creepy Adnon and creepy Lutfi are out of the picture for a while.
They seemed bent only on getting as much out of her as possible even if it mean't detroying her in the process.
