Is Britney Spears getting her kids back?

Just days after her 17-year-old sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, gave birth to daughter Maddie Briann, Britney Spears, 26, and ex-husband Kevin Federline were in court to discuss the ongoing custody of their sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Spears and KFed appeared before Commissioner Scott Gordon. The session was one hour long, behind closed doors. Court spokesman Allan Parachini told AP that  Spears’ behavior was “very businesslike,” Parachini said. Wearing a short sleeve top and Capri pants, Britney left court without comment.

Months of Spears' bizarre behavior caused Federline being given full custody of their boys and Britney's visitation rights suspended. Those rights have been gradually restored, although she remains under the conservatorship of her father, Jamie Spears, and her estate is under the conservatorship of her father and a lawyer.

Sources tell TMZ that Britney Spears has made such progress that the Commish agreed today that she's ready to have her sons with her overnight.

Will she get her kids back full time? Is it time for Britney to go back to being a full-time mommy?

The couple are due in court again July 15.

Let's just pray her dad sticks around and everything stays nice and sane.

Britney was sick and now she is getting better. She deserves to share custody of her children as long as she stays healthy. Her kids can be the best medicine for her right now. Good luck Britney just think of your kids first before the fame. They will be grown before you know it then you can play.

Britney seems to be making great progress. I truely hope that she recieves full custody of her children because it is hard to lose your motherhood- to have someone take away a life that you birthed and nurtured must be devastating. Sometimes people take her situation so lightly. I know that strong woman deep down will bounce back.

good on ya britney dont let them all get too you as you deserve your kids back for you are gettin your life back on track not many people know what is like too go through what you have im a male and ive been through worse then you in my life as a 31 year old and im not famous, mostly its all the media and fame with out fame all of us are equal and thank god for your family you soon know who your friends are as most of us find out and thats what counts and all the people that say your a mess they havn't been though what a lot of us have in this short life and this will only make you a stronger person in the long run and teach most of us too respect what we already have before its all gone good luck in the future.

I don't think she should get them back full time for a long time...until her condition has remained stabalized for at least 6 month's, and until she's back in charge of her estate..That'll be when we can see for sure that she's really better, and that she's not just better because daddy's around...

i think every1 should back off britney. i am a mum of 3 at 25 years old and its hard work, and she has to put up with people in her face 24/7!! everything she does is being watched and it will after time get to you, and you will snap i no i would!!
let her have her boys then leave her alone for some well earned time with them.

Brittany im going through something similiar and noone knows what its like to lose custody of your child specially if the mans never done his daddy role until hes tossed the kidor kids.I see you on the news and thank of my self the only thing I know is to make your lifestyle and situation beter and be strong.
