Did Anne Hathaway finally dump her dubious boyfriend?

Has a heartbroken Anne Hathaway finally broken up with Raffaelo Follieri, her rich, handsome, suave Italian boyfriend? The one she's dated for four years?

Did she really have to put on a 'brave face' at Monday night's premiere of "Get Smart?"

That's what the British tab The Daily Mail is reporting. Even New York mag is musing that the couple have not been photographed together in, like, ages. But we're still waiting for official word from her publicist, Stephen Huvane, on a formal split. This just in! From Huvane's office: "We have no response."

Hathaway's squeeze, Raffaello Follieri, has certainly had his share of legal and financial troubles of late. including writing a rubber check for $215,000. He also socialized with Bill and Hillary Clinton. And then there are his murky ties to Vatican real estate.

And last week, it was reported in USA Today that New York state is investigating his charitable organization, which purportedly funded vaccination programs in underdeveloped countries.

New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo is heading the probe into the organization, which has not filed IRS tax discloser forms, according to a review of records by the Associated Press. Hathaway served on the charity's board until recently.

Hathaway's publicist has already sent out an e-mail distancing his super sweet client from Raffie's legal foibles, saying, "There is an investigation going on that does not involve Anne. She is no longer a board member of the Follieri Foundation. Other than that we will not be commenting."
