OK, ick. This is not what quite we expected from the upper East Side Manhattan mode mistress. "Gossip Girl" star Blake Lively looks DOA at the Met's Costume Institute Gala in a boring strapless Chanel couture creation and short black gloves. If you're not digging the dress at least get the name of the designer right! Karl would never do a dress this boring because it's not Chanel, It's typically boring Americian Ralph Lauren, Medicore fashion critics should just shut their traps!
