Lindsay Lohan's Cannes short cut: Do you like?

OK, this is  not a dress. This is a tunic top. No way could anyone - even Lindsay Lohan - sit in this Dolce & Gabbana sparkly sequin mini-creation.

Besides, LiLo has certainly had enough trouble with revealing skirts (and no underwear) in the past. Why is she courting more down-there disasters at the D&G party at Cannes this weekend?

One thing we will say is that her gams look great.
