Jennifer Aniston, John Mayer move love show from Miami to Manhattan

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer left sunny South Florida for more cosmopolitan Manhattan.

According to Us magazine, Maniston met up with four friends for a dinner at the Ye Waverly Inn in New York last night.

This was after Mayer walked Aniston's dog, Norman, in New York on Tuesday. Hmm. Isn't it a little early to let the new boy walk your fur baby? Does John even know how to use a pooper scooper?

Anyway, Jen let John do all the talking during the dinner. They shared the restaurant trademark $55 truffle ma and cheese, and he had fish and she had salad.

"Jennifer was just smiling and looking on, clearly in love with him and acting like he was the smartest guy on Earth," a fellow diner told Usmagazine.com.

"She rubbed his back several times, and they had their hands touching under the table," the fellow diner said. "It was really cute!"

Hope Jessica Simpson doesn't get wind of this or she'll be heading back to that Mexican restaurant again for Unhappy Hour.

Word is that Mayer will perform at a special May 30 VIP sit-down dinner to celebrate the launch of Coach's first global flagship store in the trendy Lan Kwai Fong district of Hong Kong. The event will be held at a swanky space built specially for this party.

Wonder if the Maniston love show will move to Hong Kong next?
